Why 'My Middleton Chronicles'? Middleton happens to be a family name. For this blog that name is fitting, I am in what should be the middle of my life and will chronicle my mid-life adventures (and yes it sometimes is an adventure) here. Welcome and thanks for checking out my blog.

Miracle Morning Day 3
So don't be disappointed in me but I did not get up 1 hour early today. My plan is to still do the activities of the Miracle Morning just at different times of the day.
